★You’re the Next Sushi Chef!
Make your own cool Funagata nigiri sushi & Hosomaki.*
(*Funagata nigiri: Boat-shaped sushi.
Hosomaki: Thin sushi rolls with 1 or 2 filling)
☆“Delicious!” Expression Competition

4) 31 August 2014 (Sun) 9:30-11:30
★Cool Down with Nagashi-somen!*
(*Nagashi-somen is traditional Japanese thin white noodle delivered to you via fresh flowing water in a bamboo pipe.)
☆Japan: The Noodle Nation!
~Stories of Somen, Udon, Soba, Pasta~

※The price includes one serving for each class.
